“If I register my domain name using this service, who’s name is it registered to?”

Yours. We will register the domain name on your behalf and simply manage it for you. This saves you the trouble of registering and also adjusting its settings to point to our servers. If you want to manage your domain name for whatever reason, please get in touch so we can give you the required hand-over specifications.

“Which domain name extensions are available?”

We currently support the following extensions: .com, .org, .net & .nl. More extensions are available if you choose to host your domain name yourself.

“I have an existing domain name, can I still use this service?”

Yes. If you already have a domain name registered, you can simply have your domain name point to our servers. To so, please refer to your domain name’s DNS records and add an A record with a short TTL and a value of 157.245.77.44. It may take a few hours before this change has been propagated throughout the internet.

“If I ever decide to cancel my subscription, will I be able to get a copy of my data?”

Yes. Please get in touch with us in order to request a file containing all of your site’s data. If you ever need to host your website yourself, this data would be used to be imported in your new location.

“After creating my site, can I add multiple users to manage its content?”

Yes, you can add an unlimited amount of users to have them manage your site. When you are logged into the CMS, go to “Users” and select “Add New “. After submitting their user details, they will receive an e-mail that contains a link to join your site.

“I have added a user, but he/she has not received any invitation e-mail?”

In some cases, e-mail sent on behalf of websites are considered as spam by some mail providers. Be sure to let the user check his/her spam folder. If no e-mail was found, you may try to reset the user’s password using the following link: your-site.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword, where “your-site.com” is replaced by your actual website:

“Can I install any custom themes, plugins or other resources?”

Unfortunately, we do not support the installment of third-party extensions as part of our security measures. If you insist on having a specific third-party resource installed within your website, please get in touch with us, so we can manually review these files before actually deploying them onto our servers.

“I already own a server, can I download my site to use it in my own environment?”

Yes, if you decide to host your website yourself, you would need to select the "Self-Hosted" plan, which gives you access to the files necessary to host your website on your own behalf. Please note that you are then responsible for managing the server and its related resources.
